Regional Owner Nolen Hughes took over operations from his father in 2018. The family opened its first Arkansas location in 2005 and expanded steadily with offices in Rogers, Jonesboro and a satellite in Ft. Smith. The Southwest Missouri market was acquired in 2022 with the launch of the Springfield office and a Joplin satellite shortly after. While backed by global resources, Jan-Pro operates like a small-town business—many CBOs, like Mast, are lifelong locals serving their communities.

In 2025, Jan-Pro welcomed Director of Operations Susan Beck and Field Operations Director Charles Merritt to enhance CBO support and training.
