The House committee investigating the Jan. 6 insurrection voted to refer former President Donald Trump to the U.S. Department of Justice on at least four criminal charges.
It's up to the DOJ whether to move forward on prosecuting the recommended charges.
The referred charges included seditious conspiracy.
