James River Dental Clinic

Oak Grove Construction Services Inc. is the general contractor for interior and exterior renovations for James River Dental’s 2,600-square-foot clinic. Dr. Derek Kaelin purchased James River Dental and Northside Dental Clinic on Feb. 8 from Dr. Houston Ker for an undisclosed amount. The architect for the project, which is slated for completion June 30, is Derington Architects. Latifi Engineering is the mechanical, electrical and plumbing  engineer for the project, said Matt Vaughn, who co-owns Oak Grove Construction with David Knetzer. Bank of America is lender for the roughly $400,000 project. Vaughn said the project will give the dental clinic a more modern exterior. During renovations, Kaelin and Ker – who remains on staff – are seeing patients at the north clinic.[[In-content Ad]]
