Jack Henry VP, director jettison shares

A company officer and board director of Jack Henry & Associates (Nasdaq: JKHY) unloaded shares this week during the run-up to Christmas.

Company Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mark Forbis sold 4,200 shares Dec. 24 at an average price of $58.49, equating to a total value of $246,658, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Forbis now owns 8,198 shares, a value of roughly $479,501 at this morning's JKHY share prices.

On Dec. 23, Wesley Brown, a member of the Jack Henry Board of Directors, let go of 3,000 shares in a transaction valued at $174,690, according to an SEC filing. The shares sold at an average price of $58.23.

Brown, managing director and president of Denver-based St. Charles Capital LLC, continues to own 64,981 JKHY shares, a value of about $3.8 million.

The Monett technology company's shares were trading at $58.47 as of 10:08 a.m., compared to a 52-week range of $37.90 to $59.06.[[In-content Ad]]
