Jack Henry & Associates Inc. (Nasdaq: JKHY) yesterday announced its fourth new client this week.
Alexandria, Va.-based State Department Federal Credit Union, a $1.5 billion institution, has contracted to utilize Jack Henry's Episys platform within the Monett technology company's Symitar division, according to a news release. The news follows an Oct. 30 announcement that Jack Henry had signed on Purchase, N.Y.-based $782 million Quorum Federal Credit Union and Oct. 29 announcements it landed Tampa, Fla.-based NorthStar Bank, a company with roughly $192 million in assets, and $284 million Athens Federal Community Bank, based in Athens, Tenn.
State Department Federal Credit Union represents Jack Henry's 77th client with more than $1 billion in assets.
"We consider every addition to our client roster as an important endorsement of our product and service quality, but there is nothing more rewarding than when credit union executives and associates move to other institutions and become proactive, internal advocates for moving to Symitar technology," Symitar President Ted Bilke said in the release.
JKHY shares were trading at $54.62 as of 8:38 a.m., compared to a 52-week range of $37.12 to $55.42.
