Project description: After 15 years in a mere 800-square-foot home office at 4910 E. River Walk Lane, J. Hopkins & Associates is expanding its residential and commercial real estate business. Owner John Hopkins said the new office is located in Dedmon’s residential subdivision under Greene County commercial zoning approved two years ago. J. Hopkins & Associates specializes in rural properties, according to Esther Hopkins, Hopkins’ daughter and company secretary. Six agents will work out of the office initially with plans to expand up to 20 agents.
