J. Crew lays off 175

J. Crew Group announced Wednesday it replaced its brands’ lead designers and laid off 175 employees, mainly from its New York headquarters.

The company, which has had a year of poor sales, employs 15,600 and operates 512 stores globally

According to CNNMoney, the company is making other organizational changes, though officials didn't detail them.
