After securing new trademarks in China and the Philippines, Ivanka Trump’s business interests are growing conflict of interest questions at the White House.
According to an Associated Press report on PBS News Hour, the first daughter’s company, called Ivanka Trump Marks LLC, has received 13 trademark approvals in China during the last three months. Another eight trademarks have received provisional approval by the Chinese government.
Trump serves as an unpaid adviser to the U.S. president, her father Donald Trump. Three more trademarks have been issued in the Philippines since her father took office.
