Israel vows to ‘act aggressively’ over Ben & Jerry’s ban

Israel Prime Minister Naftali Bennett on Tuesday vowed to “act aggressively” against the decision by Ben & Jerry's to stop selling its ice cream in Israeli-occupied territories.

The country's ambassador to the United States is pushing for the company to be punished under antiboycott laws.

Ben & Jerry’s, known for its social activism, said ice cream sales in occupied West Bank and contested east Jerusalem were “inconsistent with our values.”
