Is there a suicide contagion on Wall Street?

Being a wolf on Wall Street doesn’t always lead to a life of champagne and caviar, according to a report by CNNMoney.
 
A recent spike in suicides in the financial sector has left Wall Streeters reeling, according the article. More than a half-dozen financial executives have taken their lives since August, including at least three deaths at JPMorgan Chase alone.
 
Mental health experts have voiced worry that more could occur, since clusters of suicides can cause others to make that same fatal decision. The CDC reports suicides among financial experts eclipse almost all other occupations. The only fields that lead to more suicides? Engineers and scientists.
