Is Burger King moving to Canada?

Burger King is in merger talks with Canadian coffee chain Tim Hortons, a deal that would allow the burger seller to relocate out of the U.S. and possibly cut its tax bill.

While Burger King and Tim Hortons would continue to operates as separate brands, the company would operate its headquarters in Canada, according to CNNMoney.

Moving out of the U.S. would allow Burger King to complete a process known as inversion, a strategy allowing American firms to lower their tax bills.
