Marshalltown Co. expects to create 40 jobs initially with the 207,792-square-foot building plans. The facility would be built at the 435 Logistics Center.
The company is seeking $27 million in industrial revenue bonds from the Unified Government of Wyandotte County/Kansas City, Kansas.
