IOC expects to award Paris, Los Angeles the Olympics

The International Olympic Committee voted yesterday to work out deals with Paris and Los Angeles for the 2024 and 2028 Summer Games.

The committee will meet in September to iron out the details.

"With Los Angeles and Paris, there are two fantastic cities from countries with a profound Olympic history," IOC President Thomas Bach said.
