Ladue-based Keg Holdings LLC has made an offer for St. Louis brewer Urban Chestnut Brewing Co.
The investor is offering $2.55 million for Urban Chestnut, which recently filed for bankruptcy protection.
The bankruptcy filing lists roughly $4 million in unpaid loans.
