Norfolk, Virginia-based Harbor Group International sold an 807-unit apartment community in Kansas City for $81.5 million.
The buyer was San Francisco-based multifamily developer and management company Landmark Realty.
Harbor Group acquired the property in January as part of a $1.85 billion multifamily property acquisition.
