The International Olympic Committee added new sports to its portfolio.
Starting with the postponed Tokyo Games, breakdancing, skateboarding, sport climbing and surfing are coming to the Olympics.
The IOC also made subtractions to sports including boxing and weightlifting, meaning there will be less athletes in those categories. Those sports in particular have had a history of troubled governing bodies, according to The Associated Press.
