Lip-Bu Tan, Intel's new CEO, said the company would spin off some of its noncore businesses.
The businesses to be spun off were not named in the speech at Intel's Vision 2025 conference in Las Vegas.
"Some of the noncore business, we will spin it off, but really focus on our core business and how to expand that using AI and Software 2.0,” Tan said.
