Intel agreed to purchase Israel-based urban transit data startup Moovit for $900 million.
Moovit’s urban mobility app focuses on public transportation, allowing the use of crowdsourced data to provide routing for areas where no publicly released data is available. It has 800 million customers in 3,100 cities across 102 countries.
