Integrity Home Care buys new Springfield headquarters

Posted online
Integrity Home Care has purchased the former ProCycle building at Interstate 44 and U.S. Highway 65 and will move its Springfield headquarters there in 2009.

The company closed on the $2.8 million purchase Sept. 29, according to co-owner Paul Reinert. R.B. Murray Co. brokered the purchase.

ProCycle, a motorcycle, all-terrain vehicle and watercraft dealership, shut its doors earlier this year. Springfield Business Journal last reported in February that the store had cut some of its staff but would continue operating.

Integrity officials are targeting a June move to the 35,000-square-foot building at 2960 N. Eastgate, which is more than double its current 16,000-square-foot headquarters in leased space at 4247 S. Glenstone Ave.

"We knew we were running out of space. We're continuing to grow ... just doing more of what we're doing every year," Reinert said, noting that revenues are up 20 percent compared to last year. "This gives us some room for growth and takes the pressure off."

Reinert said the company is working with Creative Ink Architects on a design, and infill should begin in January.

The new headquarters will house approximately 100 employees and support Integrity's four other Missouri offices that together employ about 2,000 people.[[In-content Ad]]
