Integrated Solutions opens support center

Integrated Solutions Group, a regional computer technology firm with office in Springfield, has opened a PC support call center and single point-of-contact service for businesses nationwide, according to an ISG release. |ret||ret||tab|

The service is based out of the company's Wichita, Kan., office and began operations April 1. |ret||ret||tab|

The core service of the support center will be handled by certified engineers fielding desktop application and operating systems questions over a toll-free support number. |ret||ret||tab|

Calls will be monitored and problem resolution will be confirmed. The basic service also includes management reporting and detailed call reports. |ret||ret||tab|

ISG now offers this service throughout its Midwest market and can support any location within the United States. On-site support and dispatch service will be provided by one of their eight ISG branches located in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma, or through an existing network of nationwide contract partners, the release stated. |ret||ret||tab|

ISG also offers telecommunications services including phone systems, computer telephony, wiring and cabling. In addition to its Springfield office, ISG operates locations in Columbia; Wichita, Manhattan, Topeka and Salina, Kan.; and in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, Okla.[[In-content Ad]]
