Inspectors find 29 critical health violations at Kauffman Stadium

Dozens of critical health violations were reported at concession stands inside Kauffman Stadium on opening day Monday.

According to Fox 4, violations at the home of the Kansas City Royals included food stored at unsafe temperatures, plumbing problems and working who hadn't been trained properly. Inspectors looked at 18 concession stands inside the stadium and found 29 critical violations.

During the 2014 World Series, a food employee went public with photos of moldy food, bugs and mouse droppings inside food preparation areas, according to the report.
