Infoblox shares soar over $1.6B buyout

Shares of network control company Infoblox Inc. rose 15 percent in premarket trading Monday after the company announced it agreed to a buyout.

Vista Equity Partners penned a deal to purchase the company for $1.6 billion.

The deal is expected to close during Infoblox's fiscal second quarter, which ends in January.
