A federal indictment handed down this week alleges an employee of a St. Louis flooring company bilked the business out of at least $300,000.
Ronald Scott Miller, who was warehouse and labor supervisor at the company, is accused in the indictment. The company was identified only by initials in the litigation.
Miller allegedly scammed the company in five different ways, including falsely listing his partner as an employee of the company, according to the indictment.
