India wipes out debts for 21M small farmers

Millions of Indian farmers are seeing their debt loads go away.

Uttar Pradesh, the country's biggest state, is forgiving debts worth $5.6 billion.

That affects more than 21 million farmers who own less than 5 acres of land.
