India leads the world in Facebook censorship

Facebook published its second transparency report on Friday morning, and this one includes more than just instances of governments seeking information about social network users.

The report reveals times when governments restricted content beecause it violates local laws.

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, India led the way by asking Facebook to restrict content 4,765 times in the last half of 2013.
