India curbs exports of diagnostic testing kits

India is restricting the export of most diagnostic testing kits amid the coronavirus pandemic.

The country's case count topped 3,350 on Sunday despite a three-week lockdown.

The country already banned exports of certain drugs, ventilators, masks and other protective gear.
