The Port Authority of Kansas City approved incentives for two planned apartment developments in the Country Club Plaza.
The Madison, a 17-story tower, and the conversion of the Plaza Corporate Centre are expected to cost a combined $353 million.
The Port Authority approved $41.9 million in incentives for the two projects.
