Burger King is expanding its plant-based Impossible Whopper to restaurants nationwide.
After starting as a pilot four months ago in St. Louis, the vegan burger expanded to other markets. Now, it's headed to 7,000 locations for a limited time.
“We’ve heard great feedback and know the Impossible Whopper appeals to both current guests who are already big fans of the Whopper sandwich, as well as new guests who are excited about this new option,” said Chris Finazzo, Burger King's president for North America, in a statement.
