Illinois closes restaurants to dine-in customers

Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker yesterday announced all of the state's restaurants and bars would be closed to dine-in customers.

Starting today, only delivery, pick-up and drive-thru services are available.

“Every choice we make is hard and has real consequences for our residents,” Pritzker said Sunday. “Your government can’t let the gravity of these actions prevent us from making the choices that science and experts say will keep people safe.”

More than 90 cases of the coronavirus have been reported in Illinois.
