Ikea gives employees in India 6 months paid parental leave

Ikea announced it will give male and female employees six months of parental paid leave.

They'll also have an option of truncated work hours by 50 percent for another 16 weeks.

The policy also is applicable to single parents, surrogates and adoptive parents.
