Icahn selling Trump Taj Mahal to Hard Rock

Billionaire Carl Icahn penned a deal to sell the shuttered Trump Taj Mahal casino in Atlantic City to Hard Rock International and two New Jersey investors. The sale price was undisclosed.

Amid a crippling strike, Icahn closed the casino four months ago.

President Donald Trump, who opened the casino in 1990, lost control of it in a bankruptcy filing.
