Icahn boosts stake in Navistar to 17%

Billionaire Carl Icahn increased his stake in Navistar to 17 percent.

That's up from 16.6 percent.

The investment comes on the heels of Navistar reporting a larger than expected quarterly loss on continued industry weakness.
