Hyundai and LG Energy Solution are investing an additional $2 billion in a Georgia electric vehicle plant.
That brings the planned investment by the companies up to around $7.5 billion. The site's overall planned workforce rose to 8,500.
The plant is under construction in Bryan County, Georgia.
