Hy-Vee issued a voluntary recall for two varieties of its pot roast dinners.
An ingredient used in the Hy-Vee Mealtime Beef Pot Roast Dinners gravy mix reportedly was not listed on the ingredients label.
Officials said the meals were recalled “due to the presence of an undeclared wheat allergen.”
