St. Louis-based Huttig Building Products has been acquired.
Idaho-based millwork company Woodgrain Inc. completed its planned purchase for $350 million.
Trading of Huttig's shares were halted before the market opened Tuesday. Huttig will continue as a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodgrain.
