Hurricane Matthew hammers Haiti, Cuba

Hurricane Matthew, the fiercest Caribbean storm in almost a decade, hit Haiti and Cuba with winds of over 100 miles per hour on Tuesday.

The United Nations is called the storm the worst humanitarian crisis to hit Haiti since the devastating 2010 earthquake.

At least two were killed in Haiti, as well as at least four in the Dominican Republic.

As it headed toward the United States, the hurricane moved off the northeastern coast of Cuba by Tuesday night.
