Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden's son, has entered a plea deal with federal prosecutors.

The plea deal would resolve a five-year federal investigation into Hunter Biden's alleged failure to pay some $1 million in federal taxes. The case also involves the purchase of a handgun in 2018.

The deal calls for Biden to plead guilty to a pair of misdemeanor tax charges. He's unlikely to serve time in prison, according to Politico.
