Twitter CEO Elon Musk is calling for an "extremely hardcore" reset of the company.
Musk gave employees an ultimatum: stay on for what he's calling "Twitter 2.0" or exit and receive a severance package. Hundreds of employees reportedly decided to leave.
The company had 2,900 remaining employees before the deadline Thursday. Musk recently laid off about half of the 7,500-person workforce.
