Hulu closes in on 12M subscribers

Online video streaming service Hulu expects to pass the 12 million subscriber mark by the end of the month.

At the same time last year, the service was nearing in on 9 million subscribers.

The company sells its subscription service for $8 a month with advertisements or $12 a month without commercials.
