Huggies maker Kimberly-Clark has reached a deal to acquire Tylenol parent company Kenvue.
The deal is valued at nearly $50 billion.
Kenvue’s stock has been down in recent weeks as President Donald Trump made unfounded claims linking autism to Tylenol use during pregnancy, according to CNN.
