Huge downtown STL building to be auctioned

A 343,000-square-foot office building in downtown St. Louis is scheduled to be auctioned in April.

One of the largest office buildings in St. Louis, the property owned by State Farm Insurance through St. Louis Market LLC is scheduled to be up for bid April 18 on real estate website Ten-X.com and close April 20.

The starting bid will be $1.2 million. The property, 1010 Market St., is 31 percent leased.
