HuffPost removes Trump from entertainment section

The Huffington Post has removed Donald Trump from its entertainment section - just not for the reason he might have imagined.

Calling his campaign a "sideshow," the left-leaning news outlet said in July it would not put Trump news in its politics section.

Yesterday, editor Arianna Huffington said Trump would be removed from the entertainment section, though she didn't say where stories about him would appear.

She said the move was prompted by Trump's call, earlier in the day, for the United States to completely close the immigration process to all Muslims.

Trump's campaign is no longer entertaining, Huffington wrote, but has "morphed into something else: an ugly and dangerous force in American politics."
