Chinese telecommunications corporation Huawei launched a fresh legal challenge against the U.S. ban.
The litigation follows the Federal Communications Commission curbing rural mobile providers from using an $8.5 billion government fund to purchase Huawei equipment.
U.S. officials have sighted national security concerns, but Huawei claims such a threat "does not exist."
Huawei launched similar legal action in May when it challenged the U.S. ban on government agencies buying the Chinese company's equipment.
