Huawei dropped one of its lawsuits against the United States.
The suit, filed in June, came after U.S. authorities seized Huawei equipment in September 2017. Huawei contended the gear did not require a specific license to be shipped to China, while U.S. officials have said the company's equipment poses a national security risk.
Huawei has an active lawsuit agains the United States for blacklisting the company.
