HR panel at expo

Posted online

In a tight labor market, finding qualified employees is only the first step you also have to know how to keep them.

Local human resources professionals will offer their insights into the hiring-and-retention dilemma in a panel discussion, "How To Retain and Attract Quality Employees in a Tight Labor Market," at 1 p.m. Oct. 15 at the University Plaza Trade Center.

The panel, facilitated by Greg Williams, of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, includes human resources professionals from First Card, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Springfield ReManufacturing Corporation and Penmac Personnel Services.

Part of the 1998 Business and Technology Expo, this seminar is free of charge and open to all expo visitors.
