Kansas City-based H&R Block Inc. has approved a new $1.5 billion share repurchase program.
The new program replaces a $1.25 billion initiative that had $350 million in authorized repurchases remaining.
For fiscal 2024, H&R Block reported a 4% year-over-year increase in revenue to $3.6 billion and 6.4% jump in net income to $598 million.
