HP Inc. CEO Dion Weisler is resigning and returning home to Australia amid a family health matter.
Enrique Lores, president of the company's imaging, printing and solutions business, will succeed him.
Weisler has led HP Inc. since 2015, when was split into a separate company along with Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co.
