PayPal has appointed Enrique Lores to succeed Alex Chriss as president and CEO.
Lores joins PayPal from HP Inc., where he's been president and CEO for more than six years. Lores has been a PayPal board member for nearly five years and its board chair since July 2024.
"We will further strengthen the culture of innovation necessary to deliver long-term transformation and balance this with near-term delivery, executing with greater speed and precision," Lores said in a news release.
Bruce Broussard has been named interim CEO at HP, according to Reuters.
