Make sure the information in the “Subject” section is correct. The “Improvements” section is where you’ll find the condition of your property and a list of updates and renovations. The “Summary of Sales Comparison Approach” is where you’ll find the appraiser’s comments explaining the adjustments made to the comparables and how the value was estimated from those comparables. The “Reconciliation” contains the appraiser’s overall opinion of value for your property.
