How can top leaders become more competent at resolving conflicts?

Posted online

The most strategic skill is leadership clarity. Leadership clarity is the ability to understand and articulate three points of attraction: the situation; the desired result; and the obstacles, real or perceived. If you can’t articulate these three points, you’ll waste time and resources and you won’t know when you’ve reached resolution. If you don’t understand perceived obstacles you can’t remove the barriers.
